Anitta won the award for best Latin artist at the Europe Music Awards (EMA), an award given by the international network MTV, the place where she received this award was at the PSD Bank Dome in Dusseldorf, Germany. The Brazilian, although she could not be present at the gala, she left a video in which she thanks all her followers for her support.
Larissa de Macedo Machado, her real name, was the only Latin artist to win an award at said gala, beating other singers such as RosalÃa, Shakira, J Balvin and Bad Bunny. This recognition from MTV comes after she became the first Latina woman to reach #1 worldwide on Spotify, thanks to her song 'Envolver' de ella.
In addition to that, in August, for that same song, he received another distinction for Best Latin Video at the Video Music Award (VMA), which is delivered by the same chain. The sum of awards for Anitta does not stop here, since a week ago she was awarded in Spain, a gala in which she stood out for her hip dance in front of the president of the Madrid community, Isabel DÃaz Ayuso.
